Tuesdays With Morrie
by: Red Jun B. Suminguit

As I finished watching the movie, I remembered a quote from my friend’s message in my cell phone, and I read it again, it says…”Life is full of uncertainties we’ll never know our time on earth is up until it’s over…so, take many pictures, laugh much, have along walk with someone, take time to look at the stars, eat like there’s no tomorrow, sing loudly, feel the cold wind, smile a lot, and love like you’ve never been hurt before because every 60 seconds you spend is a minute of happiness you’ll never get back. Life is too short, cherish every moment.

           Are you ready to die?

Hard? Yes, of course, it is very hard to answer. The fact is nobody wants to die. If it is possible to live like a thousand years old, why not? But the reality is sad. Everything has its lasts and ends. Everyone has no exemption when it comes to dying. We’ll all die, we do! When you started living, you are also started dying. We have no choice.

So, are you ready to die?

Not yet? Don’t worry me too! We’ll its okay but according to Morrie, dying is nothing from living. Dying is just a matter of seconds, then you’re gone, while living is your whole entire life, it’s a long journey. But the question is do you live your life to the fullest? Of course, live your life to the fullest! And if you do it, that’s the time you’re ready to die. So, now are you ready to die?
